Jessica Rabbit Custom Doll By David Bocci

A new Jessica Rabbit custom doll has shown up on Flickr. This particular doll is made by David Bocci (Refugio Rosa). Jessica has a very realistic look with all her familiar signature qualities - purple eyeshadow, bright orange hair and a fully sequined gown. A Mattel doll was used as the base and the transformation is stunning. It's been quite a long time since we've gotten any official Jessica Rabbit dolls, and altogether there have only been two ever made. Some of the beautiful customs fill the void in what should be a given for a character that should have a few more dolls made. Let's take a look at this amazing custom...

New Belle 17 Inch Doll Revealed

The highly anticipate second edition of Belle to the Heirloom Collection has been revealed today. It was speculated that Belle would not be rereleased in her gold dress, making her pink dress seem to be the second best choice. It looks like that will be the version to be released this coming fall. Bell is in a variation of her pink winter outfit from the "Something There" musical number in the movie. This might also lead to assumptions that The Beast will be in his matching outfit. Take a closer look...

Jasmine 17 Inch Doll Revealed

The new 17 Inch Limited Edition Heirloom Collection doll has be revealed, and as speculated it is Princess Jasmine from Aladdin. Her dress is altered from the one she wears in the movie, which is customary with most of the 17 Inch dolls in the line. Disney's own description:
"The beautifully-designed doll captures Princess Jasmine's exotic elegance in every exquisite detail."

Pre-sale for the doll has two different dates. It starts In Stores on Tuesday, August 4th and then on the Disney Store website Wednesday August 5th. They will retail for $119.95 in the US. The strong rumor around the internet is that there will be an Aladdin doll, and also a D23 Exclusive version of Jasmine as Jafar's Prisoner in her red outfit. There was speculation of a Jafar doll because there have been villains, but they have been female villains in the past, so its unsure if he will be released.
