Roger Rabbit Vinylmation Released
The Roger Rabbit 9" Vinylmation figure was recently released in Disney Parks, and also on DisneyStore.com. The website is already SOLD OUT of this figure. It was a limited edition of 1200 and cost a whopping $44.95 each.

Pin Preview - Back To School Jessica
With Jessica Rabbit as the teacher, going back to school was never as fun before. The Disney Soda Fountain Store will be releasing a back to school series, featuring Jessica Rabbit along with Ludwig Von Drake, Chip & Dale, and Stitch, on August 25th. The pins are a limited edition of 300 and sell for $10.95 each.

Gear Up For Adventure Event at Disneyland
In August, Disneyland's Gear Up For Adventure Event will include several new pins which are part of A Car Show At Disneyland collection. The characters will include Mickey, Dumbo, Toy Story, Oswald, Monsters Inc., Tinker Bell, and Jessica Rabbit. There is an entry process to buy these pins which begins on July 25th, so if you plan on making the Road Trip To California, you better sign up today.
The Jessica Rabbit's Body Shop limited edition pin is part of the new "Car Show at Disneyland" collection debuting at the August 17th, 2012 Gear Up For Adventure Event at the Disneyland Resort. Jessica is pin-on-pin, standing in a sparkly purple jumpsuit, holding a heart shaped wrench over her shoulder. There is a red car in the back with its hood opened which says Jessica's inside - and Body Shop below in the license plate. The pins will come on special backer cards and be a limited edition of 500, and sell for $13.95 each. There is also a framed set of car pins being released with pictures of Jessica's Body Shop and Benny the Cab.

Pin Preview - Castmember Jessica Rabbit Series
A brand new Jessica Rabbit series is about to cause a stir for pin collectors (photos via MiceChat.com and Disneyana Facebook). At the upcoming Disneyana Event on July 22nd, the Castmember Jessica Rabbit series has some of the more promising pins we have seen in a long time. Jessica is dressed as a castmember from different Disneyland attractions (Minnie's Fly Girls, Radiator Springs Racers, Toy Story Midway Mania, Soarin' Over California, Ariel's Undersea Adventure, and The Tower of Terror. Customers will be limited to purchasing only one of each style - each pin is a Limited Edition of 150 and will sell for $12.95 each. Already, people are trying to figure out how to snag these pins, as Jessica Rabbit in other costumes has always proven to be a popular theme.

The Jim Shore Jessica Rabbit statue, part of the Disney Traditions line, has been officially released. I have word that they are not showing up in some of the parks yet, but they are available online.

Who Framed Roger Rabbit 25th Anniversary Blu Ray DVD
The video is not very telling, but Who Framed Roger Rabbit will finally make it to Blu-ray in 2013 for its 25th Anniversary. The only thing mentioned on the commercial, so far, is that the short films have been "digitally restored." Hopefully there will be more news soon. STAY TOONED!

Disney Villains Designer Collection - dollMAGEDDON Part 2
Okay, so we didn't get Jessica Rabbit this year - but, I was at least right that Disney was not going to pass up the opportunity for another go at the Designer Collection line, even after last years near collapse of their website due to the Princess series released. Take a good, long look at the Cruella doll, and tell me they are not even considering making a Jessica Designer doll.
