Pin Release - WDI Attraction Keys

At the 2019 D23 convention a new series of Attraction pins were released, commemorating some special anniversaries. These pins were WDI exclusives, only available to cast members. We've seen some of the best pins as WDI exclusives in the most recent years. Lets take a closer look at the special Limited Edition pin celebrating 25 years of Roger Rabbit's Car Toon Spin...

Pin Release - WDI Heroines Jessica Rabbit

A Jessica Rabbit pin was released on March 12, 2018. Jessica was added to the popular Walt Disney Imagineering Heroines set and is in the third wave with characters like Pocahontal and Esmeralda. The pin shows a half shot of Jessica blowing a kiss. Jessica's dress is dark pink glitter filled. Her lips, face and gloves have printed on elements for finer details. The background is a circular base with clear blue fill and the Ink and Paint Club stage embossed in the metal. The pins from this set are sold to cast members only. It was a Limited Edition 250 and sold for $18.95 each.

Happy Memorial Day. This pins is a Walt Disney Imagineering Exclusive. It came on a red backer card with the WDI logo, year, and "Holidays" printed in gold. The pin is a dangle in the shape of a medal. The top portion is red white and blue. The dangle medal has a gold border with Army, Navy, Marines, Coast Guard, and Air Force debossed around the perimeter - separated by stars. Jessica Rabbit is in the center wearing a uniform and saluting with the American Flag as the backdrop. This year, Armed Forces Day was celebrated on May 16, 2015.

Pin Release - WDI D23 Destination D: Attraction Rewind Jessica Rabbit Sign

A WDI Exclusive pin of the famous Jessica Rabbit and Pleasure Island Tonight! sign was released on Sunday, November 23rd at the D23 Destination D: Attraction Rewind. The Pleasure Island: Rewind was presented by Twinings of London® and celebrated the early days of the Downtown Disney nightlife district - which include moments dedicated to The Adventurers Club, Comedy Warehouse, Mannequins, and 8 Trax. This event was the grand finale the Destination D weekend and was topped off with a "New Years Eve" style celebration.

The Jessica Rabbit Pleasure Island pin was available at the Disney D23 Destination D Event as a Walt Disney Imagineering exclusive. This is a replica of the Pleasure Island Tonight! sign which was once atop the West End Stage on Pleasure Island. The back layer is circular with a dark blue clear fill with stars showing in the metal. The Pleasure Island Tonight! sign is on the next layer with a purple background and the two firework shapes which animated along side it. Jessica is also part of this layer, with a glitter filled dress and a movable leg as another layer. Her red lips have been printed on. This pin was a Limited Edition of 250 and sold for $19.95 each. It is an oversized pin measuring 3 inches and came on a special Pleasure Island backer card with original logo. The pin was reported to be Sold Out at the event.

Pin Release - Jessica Rabbit DCA Pins Collection Five

A fifth series of Castmember Jessica Rabbit pins was released some time in September 2014. The uniforms she is dressed in consists of Space Mountain, Tomorrowland 1, Tomorrowland 2, Fantasy Faire, Small World, Guest Relations, Emporium, Disneyland Railroad and Market House. The pins are a Limited Edition of 150 and as usual for this set are Walt Disney Imagineer Exclusives and were only sold to Disney employees. The previous set of pins sold for $14.95 each, so these were probably the same.

Pin Release - WDI Fourth Of July Jessica Rabbit

An exclusive Walt Disney Imagineering Fourth of July Jessica Rabbit pin was released on June 21, 2014. The image again uses the same art of Jessica from the Sideshow Collectibles Premium Format Print. The circular background has a red trim, dark blue filled center and many small white stars. Jessica is in the center holding a sparkler. Her dress and sparkler are glitter filled with dark pink. Below her is a banner which reads "4th of July" with two American Flags on each side. The backer card is red with Walt Disney Imagineering on one corner, 2014 at the top and Holidays at the bottom printed in gold foil. It was a Limited Edition of 250 and sold for $14.95 each.

Pin Release - WDI Roger And Jessica Rabbit New Year

The Roger and Jessica Rabbit New Year 2014 pin was released on December 24th 2013. It is a Limited Edition of 250 and sold for $14.95 each, however this was a WDI exclusive sold only to Disney castmembers. It is a dangle pin, featuring Roger and Jessica Rabbit sitting atop a sliver glitter filled New Year's ball. Roger is dressed in a tux and Jessica is in her usual dress and wearing a sash. Below them reads Happy New Year and the dangle portion is the year 2014.

Pin Release - Jessica Rabbit DCA Pins Collection Four

A fourth series of Castmember Jessica Rabbit pins was released on Saturday, November 9th. This time, there are nine pins in all. They are Walt Disney Imagineer Exclusives and were only sold to Disney employees. Jessica Rabbit is dressed as Disneyland Castmembers, each pin is a different costume from a ride or attraction. They are a Limited Edition of 150 and sold for $14.95 each pin. The uniforms are Indiana Jones, Splash Mountain, Storybook Land, Critter Country, Jungle Cruise, Pirates of the Caribbean, Haunted Mansion, Mickey's Toontown and Big Thunder Mountain.

Pin Release - WDI Armed Forces Day Jessica Rabbit Jumbo Medal

While we don't have anywhere near the amount of Jessica Rabbit pins as there had been a few years ago, they aren't in short supply. Another new pin was released, this time it is a Walt Disney Imagineering Exclusive. It comes on a red backer card with the WDI logo, year, and "Holidays" printed in gold. The pin is a dangle in the shape of a medal. The top portion is red white and blue. The dangle medal has a gold border with Army, Navy, Marines, Coast Guard, and Air Force debossed around the perimeter - separated by stars. Jessica Rabbit is in the center wearing a uniform and saluting with the American Flag as the backdrop. This is a jumbo pin, a Limited Edition of 250 and was sold only to Disney Imagineers

Pin Release - WDI Roger and Jessica Valentine

Released on February 9th is the WDI Valentine's Day 2013 Jessica and Roger Rabbit Pin. It is an LE 250 and was only sold at Disney Cast Member stores for $12.95 each. It features Jessica and Roger Rabbit in a teacup from the Mad Tea Party ride. The background is a dark-pink glitter filled heart, with other colored hearts inside. The teacup is filled with sliver glitter and also has hearts on it. Roger and Jessica sit back and enjoy a spin. Jessica's hair is flowing and she is wearing a Mickey Ears Hat. The backer card is red, with the Imagineering logo, 2013, and Holiday printed in gold foil.

Pin Rumors - WDI Jessica Rabbit Costume Series Continues

There is rumor of a huge Jessica Rabbit pin release coming soon. The Walt Disney Imagineering (WDI) series continues and will see another release of pins to continue the line where Jessica Rabbit is wearing different uniforms from the Disney California Adventure Park. Unfortunately, being pins for Cast Members only, they aren't available to the general public and can only be traded for or purchased on eBay at triple the price for the sets. The series is now becoming highly sought after, with each design being a limited edition of only 150. There is also rumor that the series will branch out to Jessica Rabbit in Disneyland Park uniforms as well.

Jessica Rabbit WDI Pins

There is a NEW Imagineer pin set out featuring Jessica Rabbit. This is the first time Jessica has had her own WDI set but there have been single pins of her released before. WDI pins are normally only released to Disney Cast Members but do show up on eBay often. In this set, which could rival her Halloween Costume Series - Jessica is dressed as a Gibson Girl from the Disneyland Ice Cream Parlor, The Evil Queen from Snow White's Scary Adventures, Constance from The Haunted Mansion, and The Red Head "Scarlett" from Pirates of the Caribbean. Each pin is an LE 300.
