At the 2019 D23 convention a new series of Attraction pins were released, commemorating some special anniversaries. These pins were WDI exclusives, only available to cast members. We've seen some of the best pins as WDI exclusives in the most recent years. Lets take a closer look at the special Limited Edition pin celebrating 25 years of Roger Rabbit's Car Toon Spin...
The recent WDI Pin Sets have become highly sought after, however they are only sold to Disney Cast Members initially, making them very difficult to get if you don't work for the company. This set features relief sculpted pins celebrating rides and attractions. The pins in the series are: Typhoon Lagoon 30th, Haunted Mansion 50th, Splash Mountain 30th, Hollywood Studios 30th, Matterhorn 60th, Roger Rabbit's Car Toon Spin 25th, Submarine Voyage 60th, Big Thunder Mountain 40th, Monorail 60th.
The Roger Rabbit's Car Toon Spin key is sculpted in gold relief style with the fill color of some elements a bright green. At the head of the key Roger is out for a spin with Benny the Cab and it appears they have driven right through the front of the Cab Co. building, surrounded by green stars and dip underneath. The blade of the key is a lamppost with Jessica standing as she appears at the end of the ride, tied up and holding a mallet. Below her is Smartguy weasel and more green dip. The bit of the key is the "25" in green fill. The pins are a Limited Edition of 300 and are a WDI Exclusive.
