Pin Preview - Love Is An Adventure Roger And Jessica Rabbit

A new pin event will be held in Walt Disney World's Epcot Center on August 25th and 26th. Love is an Adventure will spotlight many Disney Characters with brand new pins. A Who Framed Roger Rabbit Mini Jumbo pin will be available at the event. It is designed by Dawn Ockstadt, will be a Limited Edition of 300 and sells for $24.99. There will be a 3D sculpted base metal frame featuring characters from the Ink and Paint Club - Crow musicians, Bongo the Gorilla, Octopus bartender and Penguin waiters. Jessica Rabbit Pin Of The Week - Mickey's All American Pin Quest Jessica

To celebrate Disneyland's Birthday in 2003 a special public pin even was held called Mickey's All American Pin Quest. Postcards for all the lands were given out, each one having a blank outline of a character. Certain shops in Disneyland sold the pin you needed. Jessica Rabbit's pin was sold in the Gag Factory in Toontown. The postcard reads "Greeting's from Mickey's Toontown" at the top. Roger Rabbit and Baby Herman are riding the red trolley. When the pin of Jessica is punched onto the card it looks like she is getting onto the trolley. The back of the card is white with Jessica's shape and the address of where to find the pin.

The "Pin-e-ha-ha" and "take a hike" are 3D rubber elements. Jessica is also the top layer of the pin. It was released on a special backer card for the event. A one-of-a-kind Artist Proof of this pin was also available.

Pin traders are always welcome at the Patty Cake Café. Jessica Rabbit is a waitress wearing a short pink skirt, apron, and a pink bow in her hair. She's sitting atop the diner countertop, which is a 1950's style, and is holding a tray of food. Jessica's leg is movable. The café logo is pin-on-pin.

This Limited Edition pin was released only at the Camp Pin-e-ha-ha Event. The circular background to the pin is a bottom layer and is a spinner. It says "Drawn To Nature" in orange, and when you spin it there are stars and butterflies on the other end. The top layer is Jessica and Roger Rabbit against a full moon. The moon features glow in the dark fill. Jessica is in a short sleeve green shirt and shorts. She is sitting next to Roger, who is also wearing green. The pin was released on a special backer card for the event.

The pins in this series were part of an in-park pin event with certain pins available at different locations around the Disneyland Resort. The characters in the series are Jiminy Cricket, Cheshire Cat, Winnie the Pooh, Cinderella, Jessica Rabbit, Chip and Dale, Maleficent, Stitch, Dopey and Mickey Mouse. Jessica is pin-on-pin with her and the Liberty Bell as the top layer. The bell is a clear brown fill and has a lipstick mark at the bottom. Behind Jessica on the bottom layer is a large glitter blue filled star with red and white stripes. A Special Edition of this pin was released in 2010 to commemorate Disney Pin Trading's Tenth Anniversary. The pin was remade but altered - set agains't a large white mickey glove and as a dangle.

This pin was part of the Film and Television series at the It All Started With Walt pin event in Disney World. The pin is designed like a folder. The front had Jessica's picture, along with "Top Secret." When this magnetic, hinged pin is opened you can see the event logo and pictures of Benny the Cab, Roger Rabbit and Jessica Rabbit on the left. On the right Eddies name is on the tab as well as a letter with "Tell them: Walt Sent me" on a piece of note paper, an Ink and Paint Club logo and a small envelope.

Her dress is red glitter filled and her leg swings. The background is in the shape of a sheriff star. Roger is dressed as a cowboy, with his pin-on-pin eyes bugging out of his head.

Pin Preview - Imagination Gala Jessica Rabbit

The Imagination Gala Trading Pin Event will take place September 5 - September 7 in Epcot's World ShowPlace. The purple carpet will be rolled out for this magical event. There will be a number of exclusive pins released which will celebrate some of Disney's best movie moments. One set is the Most Quotable Quotes featuring certain Disney characters delivering their famous line. Jessica Rabbit will be part of this set. Other pins in this set are Grumpy, Ursula, Zurg, Lilo and Stitch, and Roz.

Jessica is framed in gold with a purple curtain and a sculpted Figment head at the top. The background will be a pearlized black fill. Under the quarter shot of Jessica will be a film reel with her memorable quote, "I'm not bad. I'm just drawn that way." This will be the first ever pin to feature this quote. A button with this quote was released in 1988. Other pins have a modified version such as, "I'm just drawn to chocolate", and "I just cruise that way." This boxed set will sell for $109 and is a Limited Edition of 250 - available only at the Imagination Gala Event.

Pin Release - Pin Trading Night Jessica

The Pin Trading Night event was held on Tuesday, April 22nd in Walt Disney World. Disney artists were on hand to sign pins and Vinylmation figures. The Walt Disney World Resort Pin Trading Night featured Elsa from the Disney animated film, Frozen and Jessica Rabbit from the Disney animated film, Who Framed Roger Rabbit. The Jessica Rabbit Trading Night pin was created by Alex Maher. It is a Limited Edition of 750 and sold for $15.95 each. This circular hinged pin has Pin Trading 2014 embossed on a gold ring with a gold "TN" in the middle. There is a clear pink fill in between the letters, giving it a stained glass appearance. You can see the image of Jessica through it. When opened, Jessica Rabbit is in a quarter shot. The pose is from the movie during her Ink and Paint Club scene. The background is blue and she is surrounded by three red glitter filled hearts. Her dress is also red glitter filled. The inside of the gold ring is debossed with Walt Disney World. Should this Jessica Rabbit pin still be in stock after 30 days of release, it will be available for order through Merchandise Guest Services.

Pin Release - Jessica Rabbit DCA Pins Collection Two

They've done it again. Disney surprised us with another six-pin release of Jessica Rabbit in different Disneyland Park attire. They were released at the D23 Convention on November 10th - and as expected, all pins sold out. They are a limited edition of 150 and originally sold for $12.95 each.
