There are normally two versions, a regular and an Exclusive. The exclusive version usually sells for a bit more money. As of now there is no word if that Penguin waiter will be the exclusive piece, or if Sideshow has something different planned. After pre-orders, it is normally several months before the statues are sent out and you should not be charged until then, but you will need to submit credit card info to reserve it.
