Who Framed Roger Rabbit hops into another year, celebrating its 28th Anniversary in 2016. The movie is a cartoon-noir film which starred a human actor (Bob Hoskins as Eddie Valiant) - and an actual cartoon rabbit. The animation by Disney under the lead of Richard Williams still looks beautiful today. The special effects by Industrial Light and Magic were advanced technical achievements for the time. The acting by the human cast and the voice actors alike was superb.
