Christmas with Jessica Rabbit !

Following an empty Christmas last year, there are two new Christmas Jessica items this year; one already released and one coming soon.

ON SALE NOW - The Jessica Rabbit Mistletoe Christmas Hat. Quite a unique item, this Christmas hat is white trimmed with embroidered kiss marks around - one kiss mark saying "Jessica Rabbit." Jessica is embroidered on the front from her "Naughty or Nice" ornament pose saying "Happy Holidays." The hat has a large green and red spiral, and at the top is the mistletoe with another Jessica picture. It sells for $28 at Disney's Days of Christmas. You can order it directly from the store by calling the number in our database section. Other merchandise lines do not have it on file and so far that is the only place selling this hat. Even they didn't know they had it until I made them look for it.

On November 24 in Walt Disney World, a Christmas Jessica pin will be released. Jessica is wearing a Christmas hat and decked out in a Christmas mini-skirt. This is an open edition pin and will sell for $6.50.

Also coming in November is the DIVA Jessica pin. Finally recognized by Disney as a diva - Jessica shimmers in this pin - similar to the All American Liberty Bell pin - Jessica sits atop a heart with the word DIVA below. It will be released in Disneyland and is Limited to 2500 pins.

New Jessica pins release dates

Coming in October will be two NEW Jessica Rabbit pins and one rerelease.

First is Jessica and Roger celebrating the lesser known holiday, Sweetest Day, October 18, 2003.

Sweetest Day, which began as a day to do good deeds for the underprivileged and forgotten, is now an occasion to celebrate the kind things people do for each other everyday. You can also give a gift to whoever you're "sweetheart" is. The Disney Sweetest Day Pin features Roger giving Jessica flowers who, in return, gives Roger a big kiss. It is a Limited Edition of 2000 and will retail at $8.50. This will be released in Walt Disney World on Saturday October 18.

Next is the NEW "Love, Jessica" pin. Jessica is in front of a glittered pink background and a raised "Love, Jessica" is next to her, making this a 3-D pin. Jessica's kissmark is nearby. Limited Edition Size of 2000 and will retail for $10.50. To Be Released in Disneyland on Wednesday October 22, 2003

Last is a RErelease of the Jessica, Patty Cake Lounge pin - Previously released in Disneyland - it will now be available in Disney World on October 27 and will retail for $6.50. This is an open edition pin.

New - Roger & Jessica Statue/Watch

Only found in Walt Disney Parks and Resorts is the EXCLUSIVE LIMITED EDITION Roger Rabbit 15th Anniversary statue with watch. Rumor is this item was originally scheduled for release in March, but for some reason, it was delayed until now! Limited to only 1000 pieces, the price is $125 - not including shipping. Roger and Jessica Rabbit are out for a ride in Benny the Cab. Roger is at the wheel with sexy glittering Jessica at his side. Benny is grimacing and has his name license plate in back.

The watch face has 15th Anniversary logo with Roger trying to squeeze through. Roger has painted the numbers and paint splotches around the dial. Back also has logo, Limited Edition with sequential number and edition size. The watch can be displayed on the back of the statue over the spare tire, the band slides into slots at back so only watch face shows. The figurine is made of cast resin and painted in high gloss and matte finish. The watch band is genuine leather. Piece comes with original paperwork and certificate of authenticity.

Pin Quest Jessica Rabbit

In conjunction with Mickey's All-American Pin Festival in Disneyland, Mickey's All American Pin Quest should have already begun. Guests will have the opportunity to purchase seven limited-edition themed "Quest" pins. The pins include Explorer Goofy, Pirate Donald, Winnie the Pooh, Huey, Dewey and Louie, Tinker Bell, Jessica Rabbit, and Buzz Lightyear.

Limited to an edition size of 2,500 each, the pins are offered for $8.50 plus tax and are available individually at the following locations: Tropical Imports(Adventureland Card and Goofy Pin), Le Bat en Rouge (New Orleans Square Card and Donald Pin), Pooh Corner (Critter Country Card and Pooh pin), Pioneer Mercantile (Frontierland Card for Huey, Dewey and Louie pin), Fantasy Faire Gifts (Fantasyland card and Tinker Bell pin), Gag Factory (Toontown card and Jessica Pin) and Premiere Shop (Tomorrowland Card and Buzz pin). To truly appreciate the pins, you need the postcards that go with each pin. For example, Jessica has her leg up to get onto the trolley on the card.

Also, two Jessica pins will be released on the 20th (Jessica with dangling heart purse and Jessica at Toontown sign) and the All American Jessica pin July 24th.

The Jessica Rabbit Pressers

Each sheet contained around fourteen images. The Jessica Pressers were one in a series of three sets. The second set contained Roger Rabbit and the third included many of the other characters from the movie. The other two sets of pressers are just as rare - if not - more.

To use, the transfer sheet was applied to a surface and one of the images could be rubbed with the blue wand it came with, leaving the image on the surface. The sheet is about 7"x 4".
