Katy Perry as Jessica Rabbit for the VH1 Divas Salute The Troops Event

Singer Katy Perry got the audience wanting to play patty cake at the USO's VH1 Divas Salute The Troops event on Sunday night. Katy donned several skimpy outfits, but one is being nicknamed around the web as her "Jessica Rabbit dress." Katy Perry performed her hit song Firework, in which she wore the Jessica Rabbit style red sequin dress and long gloves. She made a few costume changes throughout the show, but it seems to be the Jessica Rabbit dress which Katy wore that is making headlines.






















The USO's VH1 Divas Salute The Troops concert was hosted by Kathy Griffin and featured Katy Perry, Keri Hilson, Nicki Minaj, Sugarland, Paramore, Grace Potter & the Nocturnals, Ann and Nancy Wilson of Heart and MC Lyte. The show was filmed at the Marine Corps Air Station Miramar and Camp Arifjan in Kuwait.
